The British Medical Association has been asked to propose a radical new plan to tackle the problem of smoking in the UK: the complete prohibition the sale of cigarettes to anyone born after 2000. 

Two days ago Johnny Cash’s fourth posthumous album was released. It presents shelved and long forgotten tracks from the early eighties, a time at which Cash’s career was in a rut.

Rhondda Cynon Taff council have announced budget plans that could allow them to save up to £70m over the next four years. These proposals will be affecting almost all aspects of the lives of the residents of RCT. Arguably, those most affected by the cuts are children and young adults.

Up to 2021, the RCT Council is planning to develop many housing areas across the area. One of these proposed developments is local to us at Bryn Celynnog, in the area surrounding Efail Isaf.

The 73-year-old singer, Sir Tom Jones, surprised shoppers in London yesterday by busking in Covent Garden. Sir Tom set out to show his acts how it is done in preparation for this weekend’s episode of The Voice.
